• Have a relevant academic background in design, business and administration, economics or entrepreneurship.
• Have the ability to turn insight into strategy and viable business concepts.
• Have the mindset and skills to find the sweet spot where human needs, societal benefits, and business impact meet.
• Have strong analytical capabilities, creative problem-solving skills, and numeric acumen.
• Have an entrepreneurial and curious mindset.
• Enjoy working with complex design and innovation challenges.
• Have the know-how and will to lead design projects in client-facing situations.
• Are comfortable leading workshops.
• Have a genuine passion for co-creative processes and experience in cross-functional teams.
• Have 4+ years of work experience.

 
What will you be doing?
As a Senior Business Designer in EGGS, you will take on a hybrid role - a combination of a creative doer and process leader of consulting work. Some examples of things you might be doing are:

• Leading and working in multi-disciplinary teams of designers, technologists, etc, on design-driven innovation projects with R&D labs, startups, and established companies.
• Designing and researching to understand the client and user needs, testing hypotheses, prototypes, and concepts.
• Validating new business opportunities, key desirability, and viability assumptions.
• Designing business models, strategies, organizational structures, processes, and roadmaps.
• Planning and facilitating client workshops.
• Develop client relationships and drive team engagement.
• Leading, selling and coordinating sale processes.
• Contributing with your competence by sharing knowledge internally with colleagues.
